Yesterday I had the privilege of meeting my new mentee though an organization called UFLOW (Urban Future Leaders of the World) To be honest, I really didn't know what to expect from him but after sitting down and talking to him he wants what everyone else in this world wants.....and that's just be heard. The sad part about everything is before today no one has ever told him that he can do anything in this world if he puts his mind to it. I'm glad I was the first one to let tell him this.
The first session that we had went very well and I look forward to building with this young man. I see some great things happening with him in the future.
